Residential
Apartment buildings, stairwells, transitions to boiler rooms and underground garages — usually with smoke-protection properties.
Hold-open systems are subject to inspection in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability — monthly by the operator, annually by a specialist contractor. Failing this obligation means loss of insurance cover in a damage event and personal liability. We deliver compliant maintenance — completely documented, reliably scheduled.

Maintenance of hold-open systems consists of two levels: the monthly function test by the operator (press the smoke test button, check closing behaviour, log book entry) and the annual expert inspection by a specialist contractor. The latter covers measurement of smoke-detector sensitivity, magnet holding force, closing speed, trigger time, battery status and wiring. We perform the annual expert inspection — optionally with training of your staff for the monthly self-inspection.
Which variant fits depends on the installation context, the existing building and the fire-protection concept — we advise per project.
Cost-efficient solution for the most common installation contexts — tested systems from established manufacturers.
For non-standard sizes, installation contexts or higher requirements driven by the fire-protection concept or expert reports.
Recertification of existing components or phased replacement — coordinated around live operations.
All prices excl. VAT. Maintenance contracts are quoted on a per-unit basis.
