Residential
Apartment buildings, stairwells, transitions to boiler rooms and underground garages — usually with smoke-protection properties.
Cable, pipe and mixed penetration seals for walls and ceilings. Fire- and smoke-tight closures using all common systems — soft seal, mortar, cushion, modular. Compliant installation, documentation and labelling, in new build and existing stock.

A penetration seal is the fire- and smoke-tight closure of a service penetration through a fire wall or ceiling. Its task: keep fire and smoke in the affected fire compartment. The fire resistance of the seal must match that of the surrounding wall — an F90 wall demands an S90 or R90 seal. Classified in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability (national: S30/S60/S90/S120 for cable, R for pipe) or applicable proof of usability (European: EI). Penetration seals are a mandatory element of every fire protection concept and are governed by the model line-installation directive (MLAR) and, in NRW, by the LAR NRW.
Which variant fits depends on the installation context, the existing building and the fire-protection concept — we advise per project.
Cost-efficient solution for the most common installation contexts — tested systems from established manufacturers.
For non-standard sizes, installation contexts or higher requirements driven by the fire-protection concept or expert reports.
Recertification of existing components or phased replacement — coordinated around live operations.
All prices excl. VAT. Maintenance contracts are quoted on a per-unit basis.
We cover every typical building type — from residential to industrial complexes with hundreds of components per site.
Apartment buildings, stairwells, transitions to boiler rooms and underground garages — usually with smoke-protection properties.
Separation of production, storage and administration plus protection of mechanically loaded plant.
Schools, hospitals and administrative buildings under NRW special-buildings regulations — often combined with hold-open systems.
S30 / S60 / S90 / S120 for cable seals, R-classes for pipe seals — still relevant for existing stock.
Unified test conditions for the fire resistance of penetration seals across the EU.
Test result expressed as EI with minute rating — e.g. EI 90 for a 90-minute seal.
Federal requirement for the fire protection requirements of line installations.
Specifies MLAR for North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) — binding in NRW.
Every system has an approval — installation must follow the manufacturer's instructions strictly, otherwise the approval is invalid.
We plan, supply and install — manufacturer-independent and with complete documentation.
