Certified T30, T60 and T90 fire doors for industry, commercial and residential buildings. Planning, supply, installation, retrofit and maintenance from a single source — with full documentation in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability.

The minute rating describes how long the door withstands fire and heat in the standard test. The German applicable proof of usability classifies T30 / T60 / T90; the European applicable proof of usability classifies EI₂30 / EI₂60 / EI₂90.
A fire door is a fire-rated closure within a wall opening designed to contain the spread of fire and smoke for a defined period. Unlike standard doors, fire doors are tested and approved as a complete assembly — door leaf, frame, hardware and seals form an inseparable unit that was tested as a whole in a standard fire test to the applicable proofs of usability. Every component contributes to the fire-resistance rating; a single non-approved swap — a different closer, a missing seal — invalidates the entire approval. Smoke-control doors (RS in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability) limit the passage of smoke but not heat; they are mandated wherever escape routes must stay smoke-free. Emergency exit hardware to the applicable proofs of usability enables fast escape via a horizontal push bar that opens with a single motion — a prerequisite for assembly venues and spaces with non-regular users. Both functions can be combined with fire resistance — for example as a T30-RS panic door in an office stairwell, or as a T90-RS door between two fire compartments of a production hall. The specification is always governed by the fire protection concept for the building and by the applicable state building code — in North Rhine-Westphalia the BauO NRW, plus the special construction ordinances for assembly venues, hospitals, high-rises and industrial buildings.
| T30 | 30 minutes | The most common specification. For escape and rescue routes, corridor walls, plant rooms, underground car parks and apartment entrance doors. T30 door → |
| T60 | 60 minutes | Special buildings and protected areas with elevated fire load — industry, archives, server rooms, transformer stations. T60 door → |
| T90 | 90 minutes | High-risk areas and fire walls per § 28 BauO NRW. Industry, petrol stations, warehouses with hazardous substances. T90 door → |
Every opening is different — dimensions, escape direction, appearance, fire load. We specify the configuration that matches your fire protection concept.
