Expert inspectors
Demonstrable qualification per DIN 14677, manufacturer-certified for D+H, DORMA, GEZE and HEKATRON.
The annual expert inspection per DIN 14677 is the central legal evidence that your hold-open system is operable — performed by a trained specialist contractor. Our inspection team documents every detail, traceable for authorities, expert assessors and insurers.

The expert inspection differs from maintenance (upkeep, adjusting, replacing) and the operator's monthly function test. It comprises a complete, standards-compliant check of all safety-relevant functions — smoke-detector sensitivity, reaction time, holding force, closing speed, battery status, self-test. It must be performed by an expert person with the appropriate qualification and manufacturer training and culminates in a written inspection record with defect classification (A/B/C). The record is the central basis for fire inspections, expert assessment and insurance evidence.
