Fire-rated gate maintenance

Fire-rated gates require maintenance — annually, by a specialist contractor, with complete documentation. Failing to maintain risks loss of insurance cover and personal liability. We deliver compliant maintenance for your gates — optionally on a framework contract with predictable costs.

↳ Obligation & liability

Meet the obligation, avoid the liability.

Maintaining fire-rated gates is not optional. DIN 31051, the German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), ASR A1.7 and the manufacturer specifications oblige operators to perform regular maintenance — at least once a year, by a specialist contractor, with expert inspection per DIN 14677. Failure means loss of insurance cover, personal liability of management and possible regulatory shutdown. We deliver maintenance completely and verifiably — with maintenance record, defect list, photo documentation and entry in the inspection log book.
