Residential
Apartment buildings, stairwells, transitions to boiler rooms and underground garages — usually with smoke-protection properties.
Smoke-tight doors in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability prevent smoke spread in escape and rescue routes. Marked "-RS". Usually combined with T30 or T90 fire resistance. We advise, supply and install across NRW.

A smoke-tight assembly in accordance with the applicable proofs of usability holds back smoke for over 30 minutes at a 200 °C temperature test. Classification "SAa" or combined as "T30-RS" / "T90-RS". Smoke seals are mandatory in necessary corridors, stairwells and escape routes per state building code — wherever smoke would make an escape route impassable. Typical: circumferential seals, threshold seal, tested closing system.
Which variant fits depends on the installation context, the existing building and the fire-protection concept — we advise per project.
No fire resistance — smoke-tight only. Rare, mostly basements or low fire load.
Most common combination. 30-min resistance + smoke-tight. Standard in flats, offices, hotels.
For high-rises and firewalls with smoke-seal requirement.
Frame replacement in existing buildings — when the leaf remains.

We cover every typical building type — from residential to industrial complexes with hundreds of components per site.

Installation per manufacturer certificate incl. threshold seal, functional check, smoke-cartridge leak test.
RS retrofit of an existing T30 via seals and new frame — often a cost-effective solution.
Check closers, seals, self-closing — with protocol.
We clarify building-code requirements, assess retrofit options and deliver installation-ready with leak protocol.
